16th day of Ramadhan


The 16th day of Ramadhan..Monday blues...
table fully set ready for berbuka..

View of what's on the table..this is so that I can remember when I update the blog..clever ain't it??

Another view of the table..Now to zero in on the individual dishes..masak lemak cili api siakap..very pedas indeed.
Ni I la teringin..lupa orang Kedah panggil apa..kalio buncis and hati ayam..ni klu dulu2 kenduri kawin ada la..again teringat zaman dolu2..

Another of my favorite dish, black pepper beef..this time less all the trimmings..dah masak atu halfway malaih lah pulaks..so togel jer lah..but puas ati dapat makan nya :)

This is Jerok Maman in it's natural form..fermented and ready to eat..memang klu yg cukup rasa sedap x terhingga but I find that this bottled jerok is not masin..x rasa apa2 :( sangat..quite disappointing jugak. I find yang jual kat Pasar Besar Taman Tun tu jugak yang best.

Anyway, this is how u are supposed to eat it, with cut chili padis and sliced onions..sedaps..klu yang betui fermented tu..


Ni lak my sardine rolls ..sedap la pepanas makan dia kan..Yang ni goreng cempedaks..punya la sweet and nice..but hubby kata ni cam buah hybrid, kacok nangka and cempedaks..apa pun sedap lah..
