Buka puasa on Fridays is really to look forward to as we have got everybody round the table again as Alya is back from Uni...so happy indeed but missing my son-in law who always seems to have something on during break fast..anyway my daughter, Farah, requested for Ayam Pandan so for buka puasa tonite is Ala Thai..
Menu for today :
a) Otak2 salmon and prawns;
b) Ayam Pandan
c) Grilled eggplant salad
d) Mayonnaise omelette ( not Thai but for the kids)
e) Red Rubies for dessert
