KERABU AYAM DAN TAUGEH

Idea nk buat kerabu datang when I open my fridge and saw some chicken pieces leftovers and taugeh from yesterday's Koayteow soup...more of leftover's salad , ended to be quite good.


Ingredients :
about 100-150 gm chicken that has been boiled and shredded
150 gm fresh bean sprout /taugeh
1 medium sized tomato, thinly cut
1 medium sized onions, thinly cut
2 lemon grass, thinly sliced
1 cm ginger, diced 
5-6 cili padi, thinly cut
some Thai basil leaves
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
sugar n salt to taste ( careful with salt as we have added the fish sauce)

Direction:
Just toss everything in a bowl and mixed well and ready to serve.


P/S: u can substitute chicken with sea food eg boiled prawns, squid and fish too..
