PUDING CENDOL


This original recipe is from our renown Chef Hanielieza but I took the recipe from am-flora@serojakitchen.
Easy to do and turn out well except that I was confused about the amount of sugar used.
 Bahan2
10gm serbuk agar2
4 cwn air
1 cwn susu cair
2 cwn cendol
1 cwn gula merah

Caranya
Agar2, air & gula di didihkan
Bahagikan adunan kpd 3 bahagian
Satu bahagian dipanaskan dan masukkan gula merah, kacau rata hingga mendidih
Masukan sedikit dalam acuan dan biarkan agak keras (tapi jgn keras sgt nanti adunan tak melekat)
Dua bahagian lagi dimasukkan susu cair dan cendol
kacau rate dan tuangkan perlahan-lahan atas adunan gula merah tadi
Sejukan dan simpan dlm fridge boleh dihidangkan
( I think ada missing  additional sugar somewhere because I ended up with non sweet cendol part otherwise it is very nice.
