In search of making easy meal for buka puasa has landed me with this menu, I have never heard of this Nasi Khao Mok which is more or less like Nasi Minyak married with Nasi Ayam, it is a Thai variation of Nasi Ayam but the chicken is fried and there is no soup to go with it. e are basically soup loving family so hubby is a bit disgruntled by the non appearance of any soup.
